Our fully integrated production infrastructure is made up of laboratories, farms, shrimp meal, processing and packing plants.
The pre-farm stage includes genetic selection programs, hatcheries, larvae labs and pre-seed raceways.
Our farms are located in oceanic hydraulic zones, which are not affected by towns or cities, and have inland access which provides the farms with the best logistic services. There is a wide range of sizes across our production areas, with characteristics that meet the requirements of the various markets we serve.
The shrimp meal production plant is one of the most advanced in South America and incorporates a continuous technological development program based on research done at our farms.
The packing facilities are located in the city of Guayaquil, no more than 2 hours from the furthest farm and only minutes away from the seaport. It is in these facilities that the product is prepared and packed for final shipment.
The ice used for the packing and farming processes is also produced on site at our packing plants.
All of our facilities have been certified by national authorities as well as various international certification agencies (INP, BRC, HACCP, IFS, IMO, etc.)
